1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate different needs. The shipping options available to you will be displayed during the checkout process. Our shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (available for most orders within the United States).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (for faster delivery to most locations).
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or high order volumes during peak seasons (holidays, sales events, etc.).

2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details, so you can track the status of your shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. You will be able to see the shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free standard shipping to customers within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat rate will be charged depending on the shipping method and delivery address. The rate will be shown at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your international order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, but please be aware that delivery times for international shipments can vary significantly and may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the destination.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States and select international locations. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If you are in a location we do not currently ship to, please contact us at info@techsmartluis.com, and we will do our best to assist you with alternative shipping arrangements.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the shipping carrier details. You can track your order by visiting the shipping carrier’s website and entering the tracking number provided. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@techsmartluis.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. Please retain all packaging materials and documentation in the event that the carrier requests proof of damage.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery times stated above, there may be times when shipments are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to, weather events, natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or high demand during peak shopping seasons.

If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed and provide updated tracking information as soon as it becomes available. In some cases, we may offer compensation or a partial refund for shipping costs if the delay is significant.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tech Smart Luis. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in that policy.

  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return window for most items (unless otherwise noted in the product description).
  • Exchanges: You can exchange items for a different size, color, or model, depending on availability.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
  • Signature Requirements: Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, the shipping carrier will make several attempts to deliver the package. If you miss the delivery, you may need to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package at the carrier’s local facility.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the price of your order or the shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery.
