TechSmartLuis Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with the following terms. Please review this return policy carefully to ensure you understand the conditions under which you can return products and the steps required to process your return.

1. General Return Policy
We accept returns for most items purchased on TechSmartLuis.com within 30 days of the delivery date. If your purchase is not what you expected or is damaged, you can return it under the following conditions:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You must provide a proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.
- The return must be processed within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons, or if the item is marked as non-returnable. This includes certain electronics, software, and personal care items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened software or digital products
- Customized products or special orders
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Before returning any product, you must reach out to our customer service team at info@techsmartluis.com or call us at (254) 826-4318 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Make sure the product is in unused, resalable condition.
Shipping the Return: Once you have received your RA number, ship the item back to the address we provide. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: After your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team before sending the return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product you received is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will:
- Issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Provide a prepaid return label for returning the defective or damaged item.

6. Late Returns
We aim to process returns efficiently, and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you return an item after the 30-day period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. However, we may consider returns for store credit on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the item and circumstances.
7. International Returns
We currently offer returns for international orders; however, please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and any applicable customs fees or taxes. We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning products internationally to ensure they are safely returned.
8. Shipping Costs
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by TechSmartLuis (e.g., wrong or damaged item). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@techsmartluis.com. We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
